2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sadar PS Case No. 121 of 2016 dated 27.03.2016, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act,
3. The allegation against the petitioner, who is the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17683 of 2019(8) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 husband of opposite party no. 3 and son-in-law of the opposite party no. 2 - informant, is of torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. After some arguments, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
5. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 27.03.2019, stands cancelled.
6. The petitioner shall surrender before the Court below within 10 days from today.
