ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 8.1.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 448 of 2015.

The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 8.1.2015 which was confirmed subsequently on 8.7.2015.

Since the Petitioner did not surrender nor deposit the amount in time, he was not released on Provisional anticipatory bail and, hence, the same could not be confirmed. The order dated 8.1.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 448 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner will deposit the entire arrears @ of Rs.750/- per month from the date of order till the date of actual payment, within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37798 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 from the date of receipt of this order and on such deposit, the Petitioner shall be released on bail on the conditions enumerated in the order dated 8.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 448 of 2015. The application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
