The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 240 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.12.2018. He further submits that on search one Mobile and purse of the informant was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let

Case No. 240 of 2018.
