The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S.Case no.421 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 365,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that the co-accused Md. Sonu came to the house of informant to call his son and thereafter a phone phone call of the petitioner came and thereafter they went and since then he is traceless. It further appears that the petitioner is named in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Sonu, who discloses that the petitioner and Md. Sonu caught hold to the deceased and other accused persons have assaulted him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-V, Katihar in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S.Case No.421 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
