After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, appellants are directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law, especially considering the fact that some co-accused has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
