JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant claims that she had seen the petitioner near the place from where the dead body of the deceased was recovered. Furthermore, the informant claims that she had seen blood stained in the house of the petitioner but the investigating officer did not find any blood stained in the house of the petitioner and except the above stated material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27117 of 2016 (3) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No. 287 of 2015.
