Petitioner is accused in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 of the I.P.C. and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R.. Only on the basis of suspicion, he has been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60907 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise), East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018.
