====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners seek bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that merely on suspicion petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioner. There is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 08.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61135 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018.
