The petitioner is the husband and is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3264 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 498A and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that reconciliation has failed, the petitioner is willing to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity even today. Considering the bona fide offer, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43461 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Complaint Case No.3264 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
