Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.7617 of 2018 arising out of Khajekala P.S. Case No.284 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that total 19.400 litres country made liquor has been received from the jute bag of the petitioner, who is in custody since 20.08.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
