JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 18.06.2014 passed in Aaganwari Appeal Case No.17 of 2013 (Kumari Krishana Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) from the Court of Deputy

Patna High Court CWJC No.18814 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/3 Director, Welfare Department, Division Patna, Patna by which the appeal preferred by the petitioner pursuant to the order of this Hon'ble Court has been rejected and the order of District Programme Officer, Buxar relating to cancellation of appointment of petitioner on the post of Aaganwari Sevika has been affirmed as also to quash the order passed by the District Programme Officer whereby the petition filed by the petitioner for reinstatement and acceptance of joining has been rejected which petition was filed pursuant to the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C No.3858 of 2010 on 20.09.

2010 and for issuance of a consequential writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to take back the petitioner in service on the post of Aaganwari Sevika in Aaganwari Centre Rupsagar, Mahto Tola, Ward No.4-5, Centre Code-22 and make Payment of salary as also other admissible dues and/or for issuance of writ/order/direction for which the petitioner may be filed legally entitled to under the facts circumstances stated here-inunder."

Patna High Court CWJC No.18814 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2023 3/3 for which he may be granted liberty to file appropriate petition. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
