2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged by the informant that the petitioner has fraudulently got the sale deed executed in his name as the same was in the name of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner is in jail since 25.11.2024 and a title suit is also pending between the parties in which the informant is a plaintiff.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024.

7. It is made clear that if the petitioner, after released on bail, does not appear in the title suit in which he is a defendant then his bail bonds will be cancelled by this Court. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
