JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 The learned counsel for the respondent Housing Board has produced a letter written by the Estate Officer, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna dated 28.08.2019, to the petitioner herein wherein it has been stated that the Board has taken a decision to transfer the plot in question in favour of the petitioner herein, after death of her husband and for the said purpose, a sum of Rs. 500/- is required to be deposited. A copy of the said letter has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner who shall deposit the said amount of Rs. 500/-
Patna High Court CWJC No.19002 of 2014(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 within a period of one week from today, whereafter the plot in question shall be transferred in the name of the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter, failing which the respondent Bihar State Housing Board, Patna shall be liable to pay a cost of Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner herein.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
