2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 87 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim and is also accused of committing sexual intercourse with her.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. She further submits that the petitioner and the alleged victim have got married.

6. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the Court below for bail and if, in the Court below, the informant/victim supports the factum of marriage then the petitioner will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2025.

7. It is made clear that if the informant/victim does not supports that factum of marriage then appropriate orders shall be passed by the court below itself.
