In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018, G.R. No.4587 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioners have

Considering the fact that basically it is civil dispute, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-XI, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018, G.R. No.4587 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
