This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Asarganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Though chances were given to the petitioner but, he has not paid a single farthing to the opposite party no.2 pursuant to the Panchayati held in the year 2017. The petitioner has not filed supplementary affidavit giving his present and current

In such view of the matter, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
Office is directed to send a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Munger, to take steps for arresting the petitioner.
The Superintendent of Police, Munger will send his compliance report before next date of hearing. Put up this case after four weeks.
