The petitioner seeks bail in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 221/2018, arising out of Spl. Case No. 5412/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act as well as Section 37(a)(b) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that one country made pistol loaded with cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 12.06.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63508 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 Keeping in view the clean antecedent and period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 221/2018, arising out of Spl Case No. 5412/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
