The petitioners are in custody since 24.06.2016 in connection with C.I. Case No. 185 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a)(f) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Considering the period of detention and petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with C.I. Case No. 185 of 2016.
