Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 307, 379, 385, 324, 147, 148, 149, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that these petitioners along with one another accused quarreled and assaulted the informant. The specific allegation of assault is against one Mukhiya Ji. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no specific overt act alleged against these petitioners. The informant as well as Mikhiya Ji, brother-in-law of these two petitioners are next door shopkeepers. Petitioner no.1 is a Central Government employee and petitioner no.2 is brother and they have

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Santosh @ Santosh Saurav and Tushar Saurav @ Dhiraj @ Kumar Saurav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No.232 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
