Mamta Kumari aged about 15 years was kidnapped and to facilitate the same, petitioner is said to have put handkerchief over her nose containing sedative substance as is evident from the statement of the victim herself and was carried to Mumbai in same condition along with co-accused, Praduman Bhagat wherefrom she was recovered.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
