The petitioner seeks bail in Bishwambharpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2018, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

20 liters of Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.08.2018.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Bishwambharpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2018.
