No. 14492 of 2016, in the light of observation made therein that the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after examination of Shiv Raj Kumar during trial and that Shiv Raj Kumar has been examined as PW-1 and he has been declared hostile. During cross examination he has further stated that his uncle is leaving separately from his brothers.
