2. The petitioners in both the cases seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 500 of 2023

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29661 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 385, 354B, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the prosecution side and caused injuries upon them. All the petitioners are having criminal antecedents also.

4. The petitioner No. 1 and 2 of Cr. Misc. No. 29661 of 2024 are in custody since 2.8.2023 and the petitioner no. 3 is in custody since 31.07.2023. The petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 30032 of 2024 is in custody since 7.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/s in both the aforesaid cases.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioners and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
