Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh representation before the Registrar of the University for considering his case in light of the recent law laid down by the Apex Court the Apex Court in the case of Amresh Kumar Singh & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in
Patna High Court CWJC No.6682 of 2020(3) dt.21-01-2025 2/2 2023 SCC OnLine SC 496 and the recent judgment dated 28.06.2024 of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court passed in CWJC No. 18727 of 2017 (Kamlanand Thakur Vs. The State of Bihar) and other analogous matter.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
