Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakmeshi P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learning counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity and grudge. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has no concern with liquor in question.
