The writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the C.B.S.E. that no sooner the application form in terms of prescribed procedure is forwarded by the Principal of the school in question for correction of father's name of the petitioner, the C.B.S.E. will do it within a period of four weeks thereof. What is of significance is that in the 10th Board certificate issued by the C.B.S.E., the correct name of father of the petitioner has been indicated, therefore, there is no lack of bona fide in the mistake which has crept into the certificate of 12th Class.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12271 of 2015 dt.27-08-2015 2/2 Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
