Let it be kept on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Kavita Devi the daughter of the informant was married to Ravi Yadav on 22.04.2015. After sometime, the petitioners and others started torturing her for not fulfilling the demand of dowry and ultimately they killed her and burnt the dead

Submission is of false implication and that as matter of fact the deceased died due to rail accident as she was crossing the railway line when she had gone to attend call of nature. The dead body was cremated in presence of the informant, but thereafter lodged false case being instigated by some enemies of the petitioners but after realizing the truth, the informant filed a petition showing innocence of the petitioners and, as such, the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. submits that now the informant is retracting from his earlier version.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Gaya, in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
