Petitioner seeks bail in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.186 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. It appears from the seizure list that 19.5 litres foreign liquor was recovered from the filed of Idrish Mian. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Excise Judge, Gaya, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63129 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.186 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
