The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that as per written report of Circle Officer, Kumarkhand to the effect that the petitioners and others applied for loan on the basis of forged Khatian, rent receipt and the land possession documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are landless persons and admittedly no loan was granted on the basis of alleged forged documents. In fact, the petitioners never applied for loan. Moreover, statement has been

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Rita Kumari has been granted anticipatory bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35590 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No.189 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
