The petitioner seeks bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 324/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report, allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with Farsa causing injury on his head.

Injury report has been annexed as Annexure-3 which shows that informant has sustained simple injuries. Earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. 46098/2018 dated 16.08.2018, but the same had become infructuous as the petitioner was arrested on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64585 of 2018 (2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 26.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S.
