This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021 registered under section 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown culprits and the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. also the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2022.
Considering the period of custody and the allegation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22853 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021.
