JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,308,379,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others made assault to the informant and took rupees one thousand one hundred from his pocket.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of assault is omnibus and general and the injury has been found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence also. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Case No.216 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
