Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Dandari P.S.Case No. 77 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant and causing grievous injuries.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute and he is in custody for more than three months. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of allegation and injury, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
