The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Deoria P. S. Case No. 19 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant (brother of the deceased) alleged that the deceased was married to Pankaj Thakur on 29.06.2007, but her husband was demanding dowry. On 30.03.2015, the informant got the information that the petitioners have killed her sister and hurriedly cremated the dead body. Leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that that the petitioners are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12722 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 married sister-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners have no concern with the family affairs of the husband of the deceased. The dead body was found hanging in the house of the husband of the deceased. The husband (Pankaj Thakur) has already been enlarged on regular bail vide Cr.Misc. No.12879 of 2016 by a co-ordinate bench of this Court.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-X, Muzaffarpur in Deoria P. S. Case No. 19 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Mishra/- U T
