The petitioner seeks bail in Katihar Town ( Sahayak) P. S. Case No. 506 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 419, 467, 468 and 406/34 Indian Penal Code. As per FIR ,Central Selection Council ( Constable Recruitment) directed to join the constable between the period of 5.7.2018 to 5.8.2018 and on 26.7.2018 total 19 candidates have appeared before the enquiry committee out of them 16 candidates have been found eligible in all respect but with regard to two candidates, namely Satish Kumar and this petitioner, some discrepancies were found in the photographs and PET Sheet which could not match clearly from the candidates. Thereafter the instant case has been lodged.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63524 of 2018(2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without proper verification of photographs of the candidates from the Admit Card and affording opportunity to the petitioner to explain the things the instant case has been filed. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Katihar, in connection with Katihar Town ( Sahayak) P. S. Case No. 506 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
