ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur as a party respondent No. 5 in the present writ petition in course of the day.

2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that though the license of the petitioner has been restored vide order dated 19.09.2022 (Annexure-P/2) by the Divisional Commissioner, the authorities have till date not

Patna High Court CWJC No.5413 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 resumed the supply of the grains. Learned counsel further states that thought the petitioner has given a suitable representation to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (Annexure-P/5), the authority has till date not taken a decision.

4. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 5 herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The authority shall take into consideration the orders passed by the Divisional Commissioner, restoring the license of the petitioner vide order dated 19.09.2022 (Annexure-P/2).

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
