The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1 (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 91/Shi.dated 22.11.2013 issued under the signature of the Block Development Officer, Panchdeori, by which the selection of the petitioner as Teacher is being

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to allow the petitioner to continue on the respective post of Prakhand Teacher in Govt. Upgraded Middle School, Natwa, Anchal Panchdeori, District-Gopalganj, without any hindrance with all consequential benefits.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to pay the salary of the petitioner due since April 2013 as well as current salary without any further delay as the petitioner is facing starvation alongwith his whole family members."

Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law, within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
