The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 418/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner gave stab blow to the informant on his head.

Injury report is enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein doctor has found only abrasion injuries on the person of informant, which are opined to be simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64676 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Madhvi Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 418/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
