There happens to be an allegation against the petitioner by the informant, C.O., Sonepur on the basis of an complaint put by the applicant that for the purpose of submitting report for mutation a sum of Rs.10,000/- was demanded by the petitioner as bribe from the applicant Jitendra Kumar Singh. Petitioner happens to be a Revenue Clerk and on account thereof, was expected to furnish report whenever there happens to be a prayer for mutation. However, as is evident from Annexure-2, relevant order sheets, it is apparent that after having report at the end of petitioner, mutation in favour of complainant had already been done much before filing of instant case. As such, petitioner Ganesh Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two

No.44586 of 2014 (3) dt.23-04-2015 sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Vigilance (North Bihar), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.136 of 2013 leading to Special Case no.11 of 2013 in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
