From perusal of the first information report as well as the impugned order it would appear that except the confessional statement of co-accused as well as the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner happens to be in jail custody since 16.06.2016 and having more or less similar allegation co-accused Pramod Paswan as well as some others have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bligaon P.S.Case No.39 of 2015.
