The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 6221 of 2018, GRP (Patna Junction) P.S. case No. 222 of 2018 registered under Section 20,22,29 of the NDPS Act and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no narcotic and psychotropic substance was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was sitting in bogey No.7 and from the possession of petitioner about 31 liters of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered and for that the petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2018.
