Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Some bottles of country made liquor are said to have been recovered from a tempo in which the petitioner was found sitting. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana Dhaka, East Champaran in Excise Case no. 40/2016.
