The petitioner is an accused of Danapur P.S. Case No. 365 of 2016 registered under diverse penal provisions of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act lodged on the self statement of S.I. On getting an information that a sex racket was going on in the house of one Sheela Pandey, a raid was carried out/conducted wherefrom 03 females, including the petitioner, were arrested. The statement of the lady was recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein it is stated that one Vijay Kumar was instrumental in hiring the house and calling the ladies/girl(s) for the purpose of immoral trafficking.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47786 of 2016 (3) dt.24-11-2016 2/2 It is stated that the charge-sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2016 having no criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Danapur, Patna in Danapur P.S. Case No. 365 of 2016 on condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be her own/close family member. In the event of framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in person each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall have liberty to cancel her bail bonds and secure her arrest in accordance with law. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U T
