Service of notice to seventh respondent is dispensed since no adverse order is passed against her. Heard learned counsels for respective parties. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6466 of 2020 dt.17-12-2021 2/2 Case No. 31/2018-19, which was initiated on the complaint of the petition against the private respondent namely Ragini Kumari, who was wrongly selected on the post of Sevika, Ward No. 7, Gram PanchayatNaya Gaon, inspite of the fact that the petitioner had more marks then Ragini Kumari and admittedly the petitioner was at Serial No. 2 in the merit position whereas the Ragini Kumari was at Serial No. 3.

(ii) For any other relief for which the petitioner may be deemed entitled to."

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the petitioner's Case No. 31/2018-19 after giving due opportunity of hearing to seventh respondent-Ragini Kumari. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
