The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Liquor was recovered from the road side. The Chaukidar informed to the police that the same was of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of material available, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on
