JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report as well as in the statement of victim which was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner put dagger on the victim and asked her to solemnize her marriage with him. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.
No doubt, the victim appears to be minor but the petitioner and victim are relatives.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the
