Petitioner seeks bail in Industrial Area P.S. Case No.32 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 382 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of incriminating article from his possession. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Vipin Kumar. He is in custody since 28.12.2017.

No.61249 of 2018 (2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.32 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
