2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 8/20/(b)(ii)(c)/25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of recovery of 196 kg. ganja from the possession of the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner or from his any property as stated in para-8 of the petition. Petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2021. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24253 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

On perusal of the first information report, seizure list and impugned order dated 14.09.2023, it appears that total 196 kg. ganja was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, so this is a more than commercial quantity, so I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

8. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
