The termination of the services of the petitioner is presumably on the ground of the appointment having been made on faulty mapping register which was prepared. The appeal of the petitioner has not yet been decided by the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 4).

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh appeal before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 4) within a period of four weeks from today, impugning the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 5) and taking the plea of her not being noticed also therein, who, on receipt of the same shall dispose it off within a further period of six weeks thereafter by a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation, direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
