The University has filed the present review application for review of order dated 16.02.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18985 of 2017.

The order of the writ Court dated 16.02.2018 is most innocuous. The Court has disposed of the writ application with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8532 of 2008. The

Patna High Court C. REV. No.92 of 2019(3) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Court made it clear that if the case of the petitioner is distinguishable on facts and law, the University will pass reasoned and speaking order.

In other words, the Court has not allowed the writ application or accepted the contention that the petitioner's case is covered by C.W.J.C. No. 8532 of 2008. The Court has simply asked the University to verify the record and if the case of the petitioner is distinguishable take appropriate decision. Now the University has filed the Review application against the order dated 16.02.2018, the Court does not find any merit in the Civil Review application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
